通風(fēng)管道加工的體系布局需遵循以下幾點(diǎn):

  一、通風(fēng)管道加工體系網(wǎng)的布局方式
  I. Layout of Ventilation Pipeline Processing System Network
  為便利管網(wǎng)的管理和運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)節(jié),管網(wǎng)體系不宜過大,同一體系有多個(gè)分支管時(shí),應(yīng)將這些分支管分級(jí)操控,且同一體系的吸氣點(diǎn)不宜過多,必定要注意各支管的壓力平衡。常用的管網(wǎng)布局方式有干管配管、單個(gè)配管、環(huán)狀配管3種。

  管道鋪設(shè)清楚裝、暗裝,一般采用明裝。因?yàn)槊餮b以便于檢修,在無法采用明裝時(shí)考慮暗裝方式,管道盡可能的集中成列,盡量沿墻或柱子平行鋪設(shè),若管徑大或保溫應(yīng)布局在靠墻側(cè)。一般兩根管道平行布局時(shí),距離不小于100~200mm.

  在以焊接為首要銜接方式方法的管道中,應(yīng)設(shè)置滿足數(shù)量的法蘭銜接,在以螺紋為主的銜接管道中應(yīng)設(shè)置滿足的活接頭,以便適宜裝置、拆開、檢修。
  In the pipeline with welding as the primary connection method, flange joints should be set up to meet the number, and flexible joints should be set up in the pipeline with screw thread as the main connection method, so as to make suitable installation, disassembly and maintenance.

  管道不宜與閥件直接支撐在設(shè)備上,應(yīng)單獨(dú)設(shè)置支架或吊架,管道的焊縫方位應(yīng)在施工便利或受力較小的當(dāng)?shù)兀缚p不得位于支架處且距離不小于200mm.
  Pipeline should not be directly supported on the equipment with valves. Support or hanger should be installed separately. Pipeline welding seam should be located in the place where construction is convenient or less stressed. Weld seam should not be located on the support and the distance is not less than 200 mm.
  D、不同含塵氣體性質(zhì)不同,則凈化的分段處理應(yīng)不同。

  當(dāng)污染源多時(shí)能夠集中在一個(gè)凈化體系中,也可分為幾個(gè)體系,但呈現(xiàn)污染物混合會(huì)引起燃燒、爆破風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、不同溫度和濕度的氣體,混合后呈現(xiàn)管道內(nèi)結(jié)露、粉塵或氣體性質(zhì)不同,影響回收或凈化效率的。
