廚房排風罩有兩種基本類型：傘形罩和側吸罩。排風罩的設計應符合下列要求：如圖2.6-7所示，排風罩的平面尺寸應比爐灶邊尺寸大100mm（注：長邊及短邊各大出100mm），排風罩的下沿距爐灶面的距離不宜大于1.0m，排風罩的高度不宜小于600mm。
